I am a certified perinatal doula with five years of experience working as a postpartum doula, supporting families through the beautiful, vulnerable, and transformative weeks and months after birth. My background also includes three years as a professional nanny, where I gained deep hands-on insight into newborn care, infant development, and family dynamics. Having worked as a yoga instructor for many years, I bring a grounded, body-centered approach to this work- connecting deeply with people, holding space with presence, and guiding toward empowerment from within.
My journey with birth and postpartum support has felt like a natural unfolding. I have always been fascinated by the process of creating and nurturing life, which led me to years of independent reading, research, and learning. When close friends began having babies, I realized how much knowledge I had quietly gathered and how eager I was to help. Becoming a trained and certified doula was the perfect next step to turn that passion into meaningful, hands-on support.
I am deeply grateful to be doing this work and to share in such an incredibly sacred season of life. I believe every person giving birth and navigating the postpartum period deserves to know they have real choices, genuine support for those choices, and full respect throughout their journey.
Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, I moved to Pennsylvania, where I earned my BFA from Point Park University. I went on to dance professionally in Chicago before returning to Pennsylvania. Along the way, I’ve worked in social work, continued teaching yoga, and built my caregiving experience through nannying and doula work. I currently live in Cranberry Township, PA, with my partner and our two cats.
