Postpartum Doula
Michelle
My name is Michelle. I have been supporting new moms and families for nearly 25 years. I’m a trained postpartum doula through Dona International and CPR certified. When I was a new mother, I had a vision of how things would work. I would return to my corporate job after 6 weeks and continue pumping for another 6 weeks. When you hold that little person and look into their eyes for the first time, it changes everything! And so the journey began, supporting families by providing services for the smoothest transition of life with a new baby.

BIRTH & Postpartum Doula
Victoria
My journey with birth work has no real beginning. I have always been fascinated by the process of creating life and curious about how it all works. This led me to many years of reading and researching. When the first of my friends became pregnant, I found myself with more knowledge than I had realized I had, and I was full of excitement to assist in her process. Having worked as a yoga instructor for many years, I developed a passion for connecting deeply to our bodies, holding space for myself and others, and guiding people to find empowerment within themselves. The decision to become trained as a doula felt like a natural step forward. Now I am beyond grateful to be doing this work and sharing in such an incredibly sacred time of life. I want every person giving birth to know that you have choices, you have support in those choices, and you deserve respect through your birth journey.

Marian
For the past 23 years, I’ve been serving children and families as they journey through birth and the early years that follow, through a variety of roles: birth doula, postpartum doula, nanny, early intervention home visitor and counselor for attachment and maternal mental health, and therapeutic staff for toddlers who have experienced trauma.
Postpartum Doula
Caitlin
As a birth doula of 7.5 years, seeing over 200 babies come in to the world, I’ve fallen more in love with this job with every family I support. I have a passion for educating expectant families and supporting them through their entire prenatal period, labor and birth, and postpartum. It’s a blessing to be able to be with families during such an intimate moment in their lives. Getting to witness parents become parents to their new little ones, transforming from the people they were before walking in to their birth space and getting to witness the miracle of childbirth is possibly one of the best things a human can experience aside from becoming a parent and building a family, themselves.

For the past year, I’ve conducted in-home lactation consultations and offered postpartum support for both newborns and mothers. As a postpartum doula, I aim to provide compassionate support and guidance to families as they navigate the early stages of parenthood.
