Hi, I’m Erika. Supporting families during the incredible journey of bringing a new life into the world is not just what I do, it’s who I am. With over 2.5 years of experience as a doula and 11 years of working with children, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families during some of life’s most transformative moments. I’m proud to be DONA International-certified, Pennsylvania state-certified, and CPR-certified, and I’ve also received specialized training in bereavement and baby loss. My time with the Birth Circle at Magee Women’s Hospital allowed me to gain invaluable experience working with clients from all walks of life, supporting them through both the prenatal and postpartum journeys. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, inclusive, and supportive approach to care.

I believe in lifelong learning, and I’m always seeking ways to deepen my knowledge and skills. I’ve had the opportunity to shadow as a midwife assistant, which has broadened my perspective on birth and how to best support moms and babies. Education is a big part of my approach because I want every family I work with to feel informed and empowered. My focus is always on creating a calm, nurturing environment where moms feel confident and babies are welcomed with love.

Outside of my work, I’m a mom of three amazing kids who inspire me every day. I’m also working toward my nursing degree to expand my ability to care for families in even more meaningful ways. When I’m not busy with work or studies, I love staying active—working out is one of my favorite ways to recharge. I also enjoy spending time in nature, grounding myself in the outdoors, and finding balance in life.

Supporting families through life’s most meaningful moments has been at the heart of everything I do. From offering comfort during difficult times to celebrating the joy of new beginnings, it’s a privilege to walk alongside parents on their journeys. This work is deeply personal to me, and I’m excited to continue helping families feel supported, empowered, and cared for in the years to come.
